WordPress invited me to host a weekly writing challenge on their site. Since I’ve been doing a lot of lists lately, I designed a writing prompt called Listing Toward Something about lists (which have a bad rep, which are only as simple as you write them, I say).
If you’re looking for ideas for something to write today, come by and visit.
Thank you for the wonderful writing advice! I will need to carry a note pad with me all the time! There is nothing wrong with that =)
Yes– or use the backs of the stray receipts in your bag, or on the back of you hand, etc. etc.
Haha! I have done that in the past!
You came up with a great prompt, I really enjoyed making my lists! I’ve used the technique before, but never published. This was a great experience for my blog! Thank you
I’ll have to check you out, Liz. Glad you enjoyed!
Very inspiring 🙂
congratulations, yeah, yeah

So many fabulous ideas! And what’s not to love about a list…
XO
You could make a list sound like a five star menu. xoox
Thanks for liking my post…and for the writing prompt. I love lists-of all kinds. They bring clarity!
I love them, too. It’s the best way to sneak into serious.
Lists are the brain’s secretary, Anna. Without them we would be……. (wait a minute, let me check my list)! 🙂
That fabulous, underpaid secretary, always making everything look easy.
Apologies. I certainly had no idea, this has never happened before. Most people are pleased to have someone share their work, applaud it, give them credit and thank them. There was no intention of stealing your work. Consider it gone.
Thank you. I believe you did not see it as stealing.
No one can make a list sound as attractive as you can! xo
